Having a match winning option and keeping them on the bench is very expensive and only a few clubs can afford it. A few clubs, according to the pundits who know all, do have match winners on the bench, but all of those clubs apart from one are below us in the league (!)
The Standard didn't help themselves by describing Son as an option off the bench and a first choice player in the same article, either...
