and it would probably be better still on a frozen pitch - it would certainly warm up the players https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=0ahUKEwizrsWvn97RAhWGLsAKHd1nBCAQtwIIIDAB&url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qeuU_Et7ezA&usg=AFQjCNEYH5tHm5kY0ZWPuMnl5UBcocUuoA&sig2=O64hJzC4OYPp3zm6sjECBg
I've only just discovered this 'sport'. I saw it last night, in a clip within a fascinating program on Florence - (( very interesting )). I greatly enjoyed the program - which included some fabulous architecture and works of art. Within the program was a clip of a savage game of football that looks to be popular in Florence, and which would put our posers to shame.................... as for your suggestion
Harooold, I blame it on too much sunshine, a glut of avocados and the proximity of golden beaches hosting International Beach Volleyball ! Medication time now me thinks.
grumpygit - are you talking about Priestfield stadium ?............. I have wondered that for many years
Always - behave, at Priestfield the ball is the main focus, hoof it high and watch 22 players chase like headless chickens to get it.
.......... and that's the problem - with so little quality on offer, the fans deserve to see the players suffer for a change..... I think most of them would still live even if they lose a pint of blood.
