I think he is just that type of guy.
He always deflects praise onto his staff. I really like that.

 

Rafa has been a breath of fresh air.
Ashley now needs to let Rafa take full control.

 

I have no problems with a chief scout having input but they have to be competent. There should also be control over how much is spent and also budgeting in terms of wages; we need to be living within our means. Rafa needs to have the final say over signing a player, though, of course.
