Costa now moaning AM not paying what we want! He's going to alienate both clubs at this rate. AM can't play Costa till Jan so under no pressure to buy him yet so want to get a steal. Wont happen. Costa will ultimately accept a move elsewhere within 2 weeks unless AM significantly improve their offer.

Chelsea should tell AM it'll be another 10 million on top in January and see if they still want to play hardball.

A 20 goal a season striker goes for around £60m these days.

Exactly, the seller dictates the price in this case. You can't just tell Atletico you're buying Saul Niguez for £20m, you'll pay the £60m or whatever it costs, Costa is behaving like a sour little kid, I really like the guy as a footballer even with all of his nutjob antics, but he's being a **** here. Conte's fault in the main, if you wanna sell a player, you don't isolate them.

But the professional thing to do is report back to the club, speak to the manager and return to training until such time that a club makes an acceptable offer for him.
Not go on strike, then whine like a bitch because Chelsea want to get the market value for him.
