Only ephemeral as Manc billions will buy the league soon... most likely next season. However, 8 London-based players in the PFA team of the Year for 2016/17... just 2 Manc millionaires http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39648483 London is the capital of English football, for one season anyway
1. Hard lines on the prudent sustainable Chelsky financial model being crushed by the "Manc billions" . 2. Shouldn't it be : 8 players from teams in London.
I dont think anyone in the chelsea back line would replace our back line what are Mane's stats compared to Son this season? MMane has been electric as has Son..but Son has gone unnoticed by the 'neautral' due to the likes of Alli taking the limelight. Mane has been Pools best attacker, however i bet their stats are pretty similar
Pedant! Luiz is a London player but not a Londoner. Anyway, amended to London-based players to make you happy
Were Liverpool not top of the league when Mane went off to Acon, and 7th when he returned? And now they're up to third. Those are pretty arresting stats if I've got that right (which I might not have, can't be arsed to check). Anyway, will be interesting to see how they finish the season without him.
yup, scored 2 goals on his return if i recall correctly...he's definately their most influential attacking player.
Azpilicueta certainly would. One of the best defenders I've seen in the league, technically speaking. His physicality lets him down somewhat. His mum should have shagged a bigger bloke. He's the modern day Gary Neville.
That's a black kettle you have in a glass house there cfc , worthy of a bit of a laugh really . Hope the Russian reads this thread , even he couldn't resist a grin ...
Keown's XI De Gea; Dier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen; Walker, Kante, Matic, Alonso; Alli, Costa, Hazard.
Close, but no cigar. Everyone knows Manchester is in Surrey! I also think the word you're looking for is "mugs"!!
