Borini's was better. I could have stuck my leg out and got lucky like Mkhitaryan did. Like has been said, at 2-0 the game is never over and the reality is we would have probably rallied and nicked the draw.
Borini's was more hit and hope than anything, it looked like a frustration shot. At 3-0 the best you can hope for is to get lucky, and Sunderland got an enormous amount of luck, probably used up their luck for their entire season. That one goal might make a huge difference come May.
Borini's was a sublime strike, a good old fashioned, Match of the Day from the 70's, hit right from where your're meant to hit it, from the laces of the boot, power blaster. Not some namby pamby, whoopsy daisy, half arsed, back flip, glancing in of an achilles tendon whilst knowingly standing in an offside position and trying something daft because of fully expecting the linesmans flag to go up type debacle!
Oh, shut up. Every day, yakkety bloody yak, on and on and on... Day in, day out - slime in this ear, slime in that ear! Just STOP TALKING!!!
Aye- not only different months but different years Nacho Wow there's some bitterness on here isn;t there!!!
loo0ks like he fell over looking for a penalty the ball came in hit his foot by accident then there you go, what a lucky ****, then the cheating **** said he intended it, even worse he knew he was offside , instead of being a sportsman and telling the ref the truth he decided to do what all foreign footballers do cheat like **** for the win, what a ****er, hope he gets injured and out for a year.
never in the field of human conflict, was a truer version written of an incident, than my words written here for all to see, me lud we have watched this vid 100 times and always come to the same conclusion , a cheating lying little twat, even my learned colleague the famous Mr Tel agrees but truth be known, he would rather be Rogered by Lamine Kone that admit the truth in public, or pubic in Tels case.
I bet all the haters feel bad now ey... Come on, admit it. Who wants him injured now? Lovely gesture from the man.
