Led the dutch League in 2012 in assists , so I'm going to go out on a limb and say he is a winger known for crossing the ball .
When he is scoring most of his goals , he does it as an attacking midfielder. When he scored 6 goals in the last 18 games for QPR ( a third of their goals during that 18 game spread ) it was as a attacking midfielder I believe .
Thing is mate no one really expects us to, just lets try and bring in some players who will improve our starting 11, that shouldn't be to difficult when none of our Centre Halves would get into any other PL side, so to improve on that shouldn't be difficult. Mind you the club seem to be making a bit of a meal of it at the moment. I do wonder though if anyone really knows who we are looking at.
Well we spent 15 million on Baston , lets not do that again . It's harder for us to recover from such horrendous deals than most teams can endure . We need more deals like Fer and Llorente who have scored more goals than the rest of the team fot about 10 million I'm pretty sure lefty , but when I'm not 100% sure , I like to insert " I believe " .
Don't see the point in signing Carol even for £3m. I don't remember him playing for us at all but, I did miss whole chunks out of seasons, so how was he? any good? better than any player we already have? We already have a plethora of midfielders with Britton, Cork, Fulton, Ki, Fer and Siggy providing adequate cover for three positions in midfield. Assuming they all stay with us, who would Carol replace? I reckon we should keep the money so we can pay more for a decent right-back or centre-back. Buying Carol would be a waste of resources in imo.
We got a winger who can play both sides like Routledge now in Narsingh . Now if we can pick up a back who could play both sides , retain Llorente and get another striker if Baston goes out on loan , and possibly pick up a CB ( not a need in my books but a want ) ...I think were good .
Don't know much about Narsingh but let's wait and see. As for Carroll, meh. He's OK and very much in the Cork mould. Can pass the ball but he's lightweight and we've got plenty of those. Not sure what he brings if it happens. Edit: Narsingh can play R or L so is versatile and will keep up competition for starting places. I still worry about having enough class to put those crosses away though.
To me Aussie , Cork should have played most games up till now but has been up and down from the bench as managers try to figure out who's who . Some of Cork's best efforts came late last season and we should have capitalized on that this season by letting him play most games and building confidence . I think we dropped the ball , not Cork .
I don't think of what I saw that he is an improvement on any of our Central Midfielders. He is tidy enough on the ball, but very lightweight and if we were to get relegated he for me would be far to flimsy for the Championship. I actually see it as chucking money down the toilet when we are in need of players in other positions, I would rather add what we would pay for him to what we intend to spend on a centre back and buy a better quality player where we actually need it. Tom Carroll I hope stays at spurs.
Where is he going to play Swan and in place of who, also remember he has played no football this season. I see your point just a waste of 3m when we don't need to spend it.
I'd still like to inquire about Michael Bradley , although I think we may have lost the inside track on that one .... He is so smooth and deliberate in midfield
From 2014 to 2016 playing 56 games for Eindhoven , Narsingh scored 14 goals and had 15 assists , that's a goal or assist every 2nd game . I think we did very well on this deal for 4 million .
