Sunday 3pm kick off. Easily the biggest game of the weekend and the one everyone will be tuning in, to watch United anhialate Swansea. The Swans haven't won a match in 10 games.... so I fully expect us to help them restart their season. Gomes to rekindle his career as a footballer and go on a goalscoring spree that earns him the Golden Boot after he starts scoring on Sunday. Interesting Fact: Chief will be going to watch this game. Poor sod. Mourinho is rumoured be commmunicating with the players from the stands through the medium of semaphore. It's going to be magical.
As was last season, this is my first game of the season. Last season's was ****e, can it possibly be as bad again??? It looks very likely to be honest. Might even have Jose sat nearby as I get seats in the best part of the ground. He's got to sit somewhere I suppose. Last season I was looking forward to seeing a true ledge in Schweinsteiger in full flow and this year I was kind of thinking the same about Zlat but he's gone off the boil badly. No Herrera and probably no Pogba so in all probability Fellaini will return. Joy. Not to worry as I will be having a few beers and a nice meal on the company credit card so it'll be ok.
Interesting team today - kinda makes sense as Swansea will sit back but there is no width or speed...
...and its 2-0 without much effort. Football, bloody hell. I can only attribute it to Carrick's selection.
Worried about Swansea though, they are lacking in both purpose and motivation. Giving us so much time and space.
uh huh..yeah nothing to do with the manager and coaches drilling the players, picking the team, and formation..
