I just hope there is some flicker of truth in this one, please oh please let it be true!!.............
Someone on PS suggesting that a few of the players have been involved in a training ground fight and that 2 of them weren't in the squad today. Anyone heard this?
Just got back. Have to say it seemed that we (players & fans) were just waiting for the inevitable...... Couldn't believe the line up when I saw it - 3 defensive midfielders at home, and dropping Lorente who had scored 4 goals in the last 2 home matches..... Atmosphere turned ugly second half, understandable but it does give these underperforming players a bit of a free pass if all the blame is being directed at Bradley, Jenkins & the greedy barstewards... Police were positioned at both set of steps (home side & away side) up to the Directors Box some 10 mins before full time. The guy who stood up holding what looked like a doll (effigy of Judas?) in the (home) Directors Box area when West Ham their 2nd or 3rd goal goal, was asked to leave just before the end. As he departed some fans applauded him.....
Player power again!! This is what happens when you do not have a strong manager in charge, all Huw the spews fault............
That's why I wanted a team of Giggs, Butt and Scholes. Should get them in now to start the preparations for the championship. Unfortunately, Giggs turned us down.
