Nice comeback run from Meadowcroft Boy - was going best of all leaving the back straight and was entitled to get tired on the run in The old magic is still there <ok>

I don't think he would have got up but Mr D Gittins stopped riding 10 yards from the line in the Hunter Chase on Dolatulu. The horse had made up about 20 odd lengths on the leader after the last so bizarre to stop riding when he was closing all the way to the line. Stewards?

It was a shocking ride, got the wrong side of Grand Vision when trying to get forward.

Ballyoisin a cut above as I thought he would be. Such an exciting prospect chasing and I'm keen to see his next move now. Huge engine and I'm glad he got his win after being off so long with an injury.

Fine Rightly in 4th and I see the yard form of the Crawford's is rank right now. 2 wins since last August won't pay the bills!

Well done those with winners today.

Any idea what has happened to Ttebbob. Looked a real nice horse not long ago and has lost his way. Trying to lay it to Douvan that day seems to have put him off the game. Or are they just plotting him up knowing he's short of the top level and bag a nice handicap with him later this year or next!

    Strange game at times.

Looked like some sort of cunning plan today with Ttebbob STH - went of like a scalded cat then folded very tamely. Maybe running for a mark as you say. Grand Annual?

Fine Rightly went out like a light. Must have traded low in running.

He usually does go from the front, he's supposedly highly strung, thought they would persist with him up in trip but he has speed and plenty of it. If you see his novice chase runs he looked very good. Perhaps not a G1 performer but definitely capable of holding his own just below that. He's not running like a horse rated 75 atm. The must be looking for a mark or else the horse has a genuine issue, I'd like to hear for sure.

I missed the race, was away at a match. He did have the burden of top weight and perhaps was vulnerable to it. He's shown some good form in the past and ran a cracker over hurdles a few starts back. He's in that awkward area now of being too highly handicapped and not quiet being good enough for graded races.

Crawford form shocked me when I read it though. They usually have a nice string of bumper performers tipping along and pop up with the odd winner under rules but 2 wins since August <yikes>

I backed him last nite at 25's and from about 4 out robbbie was looking round as if to seem he had loads in the tank but just went out like a light- was 3/1 once to beat Douvan incredible really if you think what's he doing now!

What's the form of the stable like at the mo! Jezki back next week on road to the world hurdle

I know Wooly, I was on at 3's that day <laugh> Stable form is ok with Jessie.

Sent out a very well backed bumper winner Saturday in Fintara after his wind operation.

Ten day ban for not riding out. Apparently he mistook the stewards box for the winning line. Maybe some wag had painted a big red circle on it?????
