If you was the manager what would your team be most weeks and what formation would you play. Sven likes to stick with the same team as often as he can while Sousa changed everything every week and you can see the results. We do need a settled team but the think that players will get at this rate is the fear factor with Sven. Sven has/ or tried to get rid Fryatt, Waghorn, Hobbs, Morrison, Weale. These players most of us thought we would be building a team around for years to come. I dont like us taking average players on loan like Ben Mee and playing him ahead of Jack Hobbs. Hobbs is class, he had a little bad run and now Sven wants to get rid. Ben Mee apart from Sheffield United hasnt looked good at all. Gave away 2 penos on his debut and gave a peno away and got sent off in the week for England.

Sven said a few weeks ago that he likes 442 but he still sticks with 451. With Abe it allows King and Wellens to play more advanced and them two have been brilliant since Sven come while Yuki has had to play a role that gets under rated in football. So Yuki deserves praise aswell. Oakley will probaly come in the team tommorow with his experience and Abe looking a little tired in recent weeks.

So what would be your team and formation for the rest of the season.

    This is mine

    Naughton Hobbs Bamba Van Aanholt

    Gallagher King Wellens Dyer

    Yakubu

    Afternoon Proud_Fox.

I could see this team starting. (4-5-1, with Gallagher and Vassell attacking)

    Weale

    Naughton Hobbs Bamba Van Aanholt

    Oakley King Wellens
    Gallagher Vassell

    Yakubu

    Subs

    Ricardo
    Berner
    Vitor
    Abe
    dyer.
    Waghorn
    Howard

But in all fairness, I couldn't care who started, as long as we get the three points.

In fairness Svens not playing this exact team at the moment and its going great. Most of the players listed here are capable of being in the XI.

    -----------------Weale------------------
    Naughton--Bamba--Mee--Van Aanholt
    -------------------Abe-------------------
    ---------Wellens-------King-------------
    Gallagher--------------------------Dyer
    -----------------Yakubu-----------------

I'd bring Dyer in for Vassell who's not a natural winger, and tomorrow I'd bring Oakley in for Abe (he always plays well against Direby and Yuki looks a bit knackered) but other than that don't change a winning side. Bit harsh on Mee there too - at times he's naive defensively but he has a far far better technique and more pace than Hobbs. Hobbs was playing poorly and presumably he hasn't shown enough on the training ground to warrant getting his place back. I'd love to see him back in the side because he's our player, but at the moment Sven clearly doesn't think he deserves to be and he's got most things right so far.

I like the formation we've got now. Personally I think we should be keeping Hobbs but Mee has looked good in his last 2 appearances. I'm not convinced by Van Aanholt but he has a bigger future than Berner who's coming to the end of his career.

My favourite team at the moment is

    Weale

    Naughton-Hobbs-Bamba-Berner

    Wellens-Abe-King

    Dyer-Yakubu-Gallagher

    SUBS

    Ricardo
    Vitor
    Mee
    Oakley
    Moussa
    Vassell
    Waghorn
