    they apparently layed down a 38 million bid for athletico's striker! thats all well and good but the biggest worry is that they have around 40 mill to spend on a striker! gulp

    How the heck do spurts have £38 million?! That would smash the British transfer record! I bet it was offered in installments over 25 years so i wouldn't worry<ok>
