I guess its going to be 1/2 loan moves. Not a big fan of Jan window as it offers no real value outside of loans.

Who would I really want coming in now?

I am going to say Tim Cahill will sign until the end of the season - he tweeted he is leaving NYRB and has enjoyed his time.....

God I hope not, plus he is EL cup tied, makes no sense unless the offer is very big from Spurs for Mirallas - only way its happening IMO

It's happening mate, Mirallas not involved.

Personally I like him always have done, needed a move imo. He'll give us much needed pace.

It just points to Mirallas going the opposite direction in the summer for me

It could do but as Mirallas will be Into the final season of his contract If we can get good cash he can bugger off...

I wouldn't want to be letting him run down too far and end up going for free If he wants to go then get the cash If he wants to sign and stay then good...

Lets be fair, he came in as a gamble under Moyes for a modest fee, if he want's to run his contract down then I would keep him and make the most of him rather than selling for 5-10m

He's good when he's on fire but I think his level Is not high enough often enough to worry about him going tbh

I'd like him to stay but If he Is showing he wants out get the 5-10m when we can and goodbye.....On the other toss of the coin If he wants to sign then I would be ok with that.

He could be hit and miss due to his Injuries to be fair though..

I think Lennon could be good for us perhaps Coleman back to defend use Lennon and Mirallas (on the left to keep Baines back) out wide to try and stop these free goals we keep giving away I think we need to go back to solid back four for the time being and stop conceding crap goals build a foundation If you like..

He won't be mate. We've got an option of a further year should we wish to enforce it, confirmed the other week, so he's got 2 1/2 years left in essence. <ok>

He'll stretch the opposition on the counter far more than McGeady ever would, which in turn will create space for others.

Give him a chance I reckon he might surprise you, he'll be eager to prove a few wrong and earn himself a permanent deal.

I still think he'll go this summer like, all it means is that we'll get his full market value rather than a firesale price.

He's a very talented player, but he's too hit and miss for me, a game winner and a total frustration rolled into one.
