    Stoneham rates are also going up from £490,000 to £599,000

    So an uplift of £1,634,000 across the two main premises.

    Sorry for being boring, but whilst on the VOA search, for comparison I also note that Fratton Park's current rate is £575,000, but is proposed to be reduced to £144,000?!

    How is that possible? Is it "being s**t" relief?

    Bournemouth going from £117,500 up to £290,000.

    Everything is politics. As soon as you start taxing people you have to decide who to tax. It's a political/ideological rationale. It's supposedly why we vote for governments. Problem is that there is very little difference in the ideology of any party. Don't vote - the government always gets in!
