For one he didn't elbow him, he caught him in the throat with the heal of his palm.
For two the ref was looking straight at it and chose not to take action.

Clear elbow. If the FA doesn't want a controversy and set a hare running, they would ban him. Fellaini got banned fir 3 matches for a similar offence. Good thing it didn't connect properly or else the damage would have been significant.

Dunno about any of you but it looks deliberate to me - sees the ball coming and knows Reid is next to him so swings an elbow.

 

That is disgusting when you look at the replay. Aguero's immediate reaction also points to the fact that it was premeditated. Reid was probably talking smack at him and he reacted with a swing. Either way, he needs to be punished for that behaviour.

 

The BBC are now saying Skysports are looking into the FA.

 

The Referees Association are looking into sweet FA.

 

This is the key point in the debate. As I don't have him in my team while every other ****er does, ban him and retrospectively dock people of their fantasy football points.

 

Like most people my only concern relates to fantasy football.
