    Talking Tactics is back, analysing the defeat to Stoke City. There was more to it than just long balls and bad defending. Well worth taking a look while you wait for us to one day be featured on Zonal Marking. We're doing this every week for every Sunderland game!

    Good read, thanks, We had a tough time against the skunks in the air at the back and although we sort of did OK the sheer number of high balls into the area from set pieces from the hoof-ballers also did for us. We need to be better in the air at the back, Crouch is coming up..when is Turner fit

    Turner not fit for a while. I think our CB's are capable in the air, they just need a kick up the arse.
