Good luck Ryan. Hope you recover fully and look forward to seeing you in a Hull shirt back at the Lane
Hull website released a statement saying he's in a stable condition, so thank the gods for that. This hit home a bit, I have friends who are/ were good friends with him from school days so it's hit them a little harder than most Spurs/ football fans and just human beings in general. Really hope he has a full and speedy recovery. Never nice to see this happen to someone, especially someone so close to Spurs fans hearts, one of our own and a key player in our recent rise in the Poch era. Would be brilliant to see him playing again in the not so distant future. All the best Ry
I echo all the comments here and my thoughts are with him and his family and I hope he is soon on his feet and playing the beautiful game again.
I trust we'll be singing for him at the next PL home game. "He's one of our own.....etc" (even if he is a secret Chelski fan!!!!) Everyone on here - me included, of course - and not just Spurs fans - is wishing him well. And soon. What a dreadful thing to have happened! But he's a tough, brave cookie, and I'm sure he'll be back before long.
BBC have just said he's conscious and talking, which is great news Hope he's back and playing soon, Silva clearly thinks very highly of him and had him playing a key role for them.
Glad to hear he is in a stable condition and talking, I hope he makes a full recovery and returns to playing soon. Petr Cech came back from a fractured skull, so I see no reason why Mason shouldnt.
Hull released a statement today saying that Ryan's making excellent progress, which sounds very promising: http://www.hullcitytigers.com/news/article/2016-17/further-update-on-ryan-mason-3535566.aspx Sounds like we won't be getting any updates for a few days though, unfortunately.
Very rare for me to say something nice about Pochettino, but big applause to the man for visiting Ryan Mason in hospital today. Well done sir .
