    My Sky subscription is currently £104 a month so was looking to do something to reduce it.

    My missus rang them up to get it cancelled and the was put through to the disconnection department. They offered her 40% off for 12 months. We have our phone, broadband and TV with them which was costing £140 per month. She accepted it and a month later got Sky Q installed and the faster broadband hub and we still get the discount for another ten months.
