Dives do not always get yellows because they are not always blatant. That one was. The thing with arguing with the ref resulting in a yellow? Whether you agree with it or not (And I am HUGELY in favour of it), its the rules now and every player must go in knowing the rules. I mean what is point arguing with the ref, have you ever seen a ref make a decision, get called a "blind ****" by a player then go "oh okay, I guess I was wrong" and reverse his decision? Ref don't get paid to allow overpaid ****ing brats to give them abuse. Costa just needs to shut the f**k up and play football
We all talk about Dive only when IT is blatant. Rooneys, Youngs never get punished. Rooney did a blatant last match. I am all for Costa to shut it and get on. I don't condone his behavior. However, his yellow cards first and supposed to be second are all arguable. He didn't deserve second yellows. At the same time, I will be OK if Michy starts up front even with Ruben as impact sub instead of Costa tbh.
Exactly mate. Only Bournemouth and Burnleys get those unfortunate decisions. Back to the topic of transfer & Striker need. We can take Mandzukic who is surplus after Dybala & Higuain. We should use Cuadrado as makeshift if needed and replace Costa as well.
I think you need to look at which players have the most cards for diving and then check which clubs they play for
Really hope not. I really liked Mandzukic a few years back in Euro 2010. After watching Croatia recently and his displays at atheletico and juventus, i'm not a big fan anymore. A solid striker but worse than we currently have.
Why, we have two of the most booked for the offence so it obviously isn't a thing that only happens to small clubs as you suggest. (a Spurs player made up the top 3, make of that what you will)
