Anyone else found out they're being let go from their contract via social media lately? <laugh>

If he was a Spurs player, SpursOfficial would not have an update
on it until the next transfer window had closed.

In light of the Manchester terror attack, the goons have called off a live screening of the FA cup final at the Emirates. The fan who paid for his ticket will be refunded.

That really is ****ty and unprofessional.
Players will hear about that and have a chuckle, but they won't want to sign for Hull.
The club's a ****ing shambles. I feel really sorry for their fans right now.

On the bright side, at least we know who Villa's first signing's going to be.

Twatter is blocked here, who did Hull sack? I'm guessing it was an ex Spur by reading between the lines.

They let a bunch of players go, including Alex Bruce.
He found out by reading the tweet that announced it.

I guess he's waiting for them to print his P45 on Twatter as well.

He just said, "Thanks for letting me know!! All the best. <ok> ", to be fair to him.
A bit snarky, but it doesn't give off the best impression for them.
Their PR is shockingly bad, though. They just seem to keep scoring own goals all the time.

This situation isn't as clear cut as it would seem. A colleague of mine who supports Hull and follows many of the players on Twitter said that Bruce himself sent a tweet days ago intimating that he had been told that his contract wouldn't be renewed. In which case, the player is in the wrong as he is attempting to cast the club as a heartless and indeed brainless corporate entity who ditch players via social media without having the courtesy to tell them first. The tweet in question was sent 4 days ago so he would've been told before the season actually ended which is a little harsh, but nonetheless I can't see what the club have done wrong.

No. He was in a foul mood. Didn't help that one of the secretaries (who is a fellow Yid) sent an all-staffer around announcing tea and biscuits in the entrance at '1.07' <laugh>

Ajax not in it at all as yet. A United goal wasn't what this needed.

Ajax have had a bit of Arsenal about them in this game, so far.
Lots of passing in front of the opposition, but not creating enough and they look vulnerable on the break.
Mourinho will be very happy, if this continues.
