This has been done recently as a discussion, but I thought it would be fun to see everyone's thoughts in form of a graph.
Much harder than normal at this stage of the season as you would expect to see at least one club adrift.
Palace in free fall Leicester too Hull recovering a little Sunderland virtually down Borough should keep it together
It's often said by pundits that not having European competition could benefit clubs at the top - could being in the FA Cup and Champions League cause issues for Leicester? It's not as if they have huge strength in depth.
I've gone with Palace, Sunderland and Hull (but would want Palace, Bournemouth and either Leicester or Sunderland to go) Palace - they just can't seem to get their act together under a new manager, like a few of the other teams have. Confidence seems low and although they spent quite a lot in January, things don't seem to have approved. Horrible club, horrible fans! Sunderland - far too reliant on Defoe, and any chance of survival relies on him staying fit and scoring. Said in the other thread that their 4-0 win over Palace was a freak match, and stick by that Hull - they have picked up their performances but just a lack of fire power. Not really sure where their goals will come from, especially as they don't have Snodgrass to fall over for penalties/free-kicks anymore. I think Leicester has the squad depth to stay up... Ranieri has stuck with the players who got them promoted, but most just don't seem interested any more. It's like they got their title, they stuck with the club for a season, and many will just look to move on in the summer to get a big move - many are getting to that age where they have one last big move in them - I now think Ranieri will drop a lot of them and field a few of the younger/squad players.... M'boro - defensively very solid so think they will get the points to survive Swansea have had that manager-bounce but also a fantastic player in Llorente up front, as well as players who can give him good supply - personally think Sigurdsson is the best midfielder outside the top 6 (outside our own, of course). Bournemouth - in total free-fall and would love them to go down, but think they will just about survive! If they finish in the bottom 5/6, Will be interesting to see how many of the players they can keep hold of.
