Well that depends a bit on whether you mean us, or you mean Hull. Us - very possible Hull - unlikely, but who knows.....
Got to say, always felt with being newly promoted that at some stage both Norwich and Leeds would have a bad run, yet u guys don't seem to have done so, and with 8 games to go would say I fancy u guys to go up right now, and I hope u do.
If we can draw or win at Swansea I think we can go up automatically. If we consolodate that 2nd position and have a 4 point or more gap I do not think we will slip up. Under PL we are still yet to lose 2 consecutive games, if that run continues we could become THE surprise package of the season.
think u can go up automatically even if u lose at Swansea, which is probably your toughest game left.
Yes, the process of promotion is 100% likely to happen. Which teams that will involve, on the other hand, is another matter.
With Swansea seemingly unbable to play away from home my only fear comes from Dave Jones side.. If they can get a good run going like they showed at the starts of the season then they are THE threat. The Swans have to come at us next week as its on them to win the match - which will suit our style no doubt.. I would take a point now only because it keeps us 3 points & gd away from them. But I believe we can beat them even without Wessi.
The Swansea and Forest games are vital. Not sure how many points we need someone reckons that 80 points is enough, but we'll have to see about that.
As a born pessimist I have said no all season but if we can avoid defeat on saturday then I can't see us being caught.
We rare home to Forest cbrad. They do not typically leave Carrow Road with much so I would predict a draw at worst for us but a home win I would imagine is more likely.
After the weekend result : Me thinks ...YES! I think your safely make it to Premier League! Wish you all the best in your fight for promotion - hope to see you there soon!!
I take it andrewqpr is andy b? 82 should see us over the line.. 80 is what brendan rodgers said is enough which would mean we only need 3 wins and a draw from our last 7 it will all look alot clearer in 10 days after these 3 tough games
In my opinion the main keys to promotion will be a positive mental atitude from the players, believing they can win every game and consistency. If the players perform the way they did on saturday against Scunthorpe and have done against teams like Leeds (away), Bristol City and QPR we stand a very good chance of promotion. We just need the players to be "On the Ball" every time they go out onto that football pitch and play the way we all know they can.
