    I haven't followed much of Leeds lately, I think you would be lucky to win it. Have you signed anyone? any targets? Good luck anyway

    Good luck Billy,I've bet a mate of mine £40 we finish above Forest,& £10 each on us finishing above Burnley & Palace.
    Last season I bet him £60 Leeds would finish in the top 8,so I'm only gambling the money I won off him then.

    That seems a poor price for Leeds at 12-1. Most odds seeemto be around 18-1 20-1

    They are around 6-1 just for promotion.

    I hope your mate doesn't win his money back

    I don't bet, it's a mugs game, well except for the couple from Largs who won £161m on the Euro Lottery, still for every winner there are millions of losers. I would suggest you have lost £50 as there is as much chance of the present Leeds squad winning promotion as Tom winning tonights Apprentice.

    We've signed Michael Brown and Paul Rachubka (only for back-up). David Stockdale looks set to come on a long term loan and we're also likely to get Eric Lichaj and Sammy Clingan, also Alexei Eremenko is apparently coming on trial. I think we're going to end up with a better squad than last year and so are dark horses (among the bookies at least) for promotion. I think our odds are far longer than they should be especially considering how fancied your lot are (no offence intended obviously).
