They have!! Probably from the same source as the Saints song!!! Best songs are those that fans compose the words themselves borrowing a popular tune. What was the Rickie Lambert one? And the Adam Lallana ... he plays on the left, he plays on the right, he makes Messi look absolutely *****!!!
I obviously like living in deprived areas. As a student I lived in Benwell in the west end of Newcastle. Benwell is twinned with Soweto. Actually Soweto is classier than Benwell.
Doesn't really bother me. He's just commending his player. And moreover, it's not unreasonable at all to think that players might need a shakeup and a step out of their comfort zone at some point in their career to develop. IMO, (and I'm guessing secretly it's Klopp's opinion as well) what helped Lallana is Klopp is a great manager, and Rodgers sucked. But it would be stupid for Klopp to say that. I am sure that if someone had said the same thing about VVD, most Saints supporters would agree and there would be some Celtic fans taking umbrage. And two or three years from now someone from a big club probably WILL say this about VVD and Saints fans will get all butthurt.
No way!Theres about 20 people in all of Leitrim so he won't be able to form a fan club!He would be close enough to my LOI club Finn harps so I hope he supports them too
I know of one Derry lad that supports Saints alright. Derry City are Finn Harps big rivals so kindly don't mention them again unless you are taking the piss ot of them
I don't think we have enough money between us to put together. I have a decent salary but I'm not sure about the rest of our board
If one of you fine fellows in Southampton can get me the number from the fit barmaid in the Stein Garten, I guess I could see what I can do.
Player like Walcott and Bale left as youngsters and before they had reached their peak. Adam was already playing superb football with us in the Premier league and had already been called up to the National squad. I would never boo him, and there was no way that he could have left without upsetting the fans once he had decided to go- but he could have handled the aftermath better. The "greetings card" Echo ad came across particularly badly. Still, I loved watching him play for us, still do in an England shirt. One of the most skilled players, with both feet that we have ever produced.
I never got the offence taken at Lallana's leaving message. However fans took it, Lallana meant well. Quite frankly, some fans would be unhappy whatever he said or how he said it.
Much less. Also Lovren didn't get much more than perfunctory* booing. Even an attempt to get the rudest ever chant going was pretty half-hearted. Still a bit embarrassing but it seems like much of the crowd has moved on at last. Vin *Another word jumps unbidden into my active vocabulary.
