Great article I still find it astonishing how they have lurched from bad idea to bad idea to the point where pretty much every fan is now just saying please **** off out of Hull City
You mean you had to brake?? Never had you down as a bit precious Rico. You behaved like a **** he returned it.
I did think of you and smile Happy when I read the line "well respected". For a split second thought you might just be the journo for the Mail
Deary me no. It woulda been a little more balanced, and listed what the Allams could do to repair some bridges. We saw yesterday how this club could be if there were apologies, and fixings, and a little more cash for a RB, or RWB or a RWBLB or something.
I have some sympathy with Stevo, but we've only got one side of the story. I know it suits some to jump on it, but it's not very balanced? All we know is there were 3 people in Stevos daughters car, 2 of them were pissed, and incapable of working a camera phone, and what "footage" they did get was just a lot of swearing. Having spent a lot of time of motorways recently, I'd say acting the **** is never a good idea, no matter how funny, or safe, you feel.
Probably posted by embittered readers in Sheffield, Newcastle and Leeds. Still hurting and struggling to adapt to life in our shadow.
It's a small victory. It's just one article that 95% or more of football fans probably will never see. The article itself is just 'ok'. It's good that he came up to speak to fans, but there's a lot left unsaid. Compare this to a Boxing Day crowd of below 15k, on sky to an exciting Man City team, boycotters making a demonstration outside for the cameras, and those who still went taking banners to display in the ground. It would have been talked about in the sky commentary, it would have been talked about in the radio commentary, it would have been talked about in both mediums post match, it would have been in every newspaper. As it is we've managed to earn a tweet and a single article in a newspaper many wouldn't wipe their arse with, for right or wrong.
The boycott was reported by pretty much every national newspaper, the difference with this article is just that a well respected reporter actually took the time to come to Hull and add more detail to the story.
Not even a mention of us!! Unbelievable them ****s at Morecambe dont know how lucky they are. And why they arent all totally boycotting home games, ****s. https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2017/jan/07/football-club-owners-chaos-theory-morecambe
The only articles I found written about the boycott via google were sun and mirror. Is the YP a national?
