apparently city fans singing we ****ing **** up there today. Fair play to those that traveled, just enjoy the day,the rest they say will be what will be.
Red Robin you must be gutted, seems like the worst manager in our history did a fair job today, wait for it.
It doesn't change my opinion that LJ should go and very very soon. Most on here didn't give us a prayer at a ground where we've not won since 1910 apparently so fair play to the players today, although, predictably it sounded like one way traffic when we were 2-0 up. But the same frailties are still there. We can't protect a lead.
Only one game, capitulated a decent lead again, but decent point. We need wins not 1 point every three to four games.
If anyone is defending LJ on here and making digs at those who don't support him, you can bugger off as well as you must be so unbelievably stupid to think that this result changes anything in the grand scheme of things you aren't worth wasting wasting my thumbs on. Utterly ridiculous to think that a 2-2 draw makes LJ worthy of his job after the garbage we have witnessed this season.
I won't defend the poor season we've had or LJ's part in that...but a point at St James is a good result...so well done to him and the players. So much for the cricket score some were predicting!!
Rhinos, if it's me your referring to as being stupid, go back on some of my posts and you will see I've said LJ should have gone awhile ago, my post was to RR on his prediction of a cricket score, now that looks stupid don't you think.
I usually address people directly if I'm referring to one person or quote their quote. But I'm waiting for the "well, we got a point at Newcastle away, so that proves you doubters wrong" nonsense to show up. The same people who came out and defended LJ again during a total lacklustre, crawled over the finish line win, over the worst team in the division and probably the top ten of the division below!
Yep the sooner he goes the better,a draw at Newcastle is good even if we were third. As Rhino said just papers of the cracks. If we lost today, and he was to go that would have been worth it. Sadly he still in the job that he is not experienced for.
It was a fine point today but it's what happens during the whole season that counts and LJ has not performed. Even a broken clock is right twice a day......
In my book, LJ can't be criticised for every game we lose if he's not praised for the games we win or do well in.......today him and the boys done well.
Quite agree! A drumming from Newcastle would have been worth it if it meant we were finally shot of the nasty poisonous cretin once and for all. I never want to see us lose but I want him gone far more than I want a point right now as it would be for the greater good!
nasty poisonous cretin??? I know you want him gone, but let's not call him that The bottom line is that we got a very good point
He has split fans and done more damage to this club than he ever has good. A jumped up, inept, all talk and no application waste of space. Has done nothing to earn ever being at Bristol City. It was an 'okay' point yesterday. A 'very good' point would have been coming from 2-0 down to earn a draw, not again throwing away another cushioned lead.
Great point yesterday. Should LJ survive we'll be in the same mire again next season for one reason, Lee Johnson. His comments post match were crying out for the sympathy vote, it was pathetic. Lansdown is delaying the inevitable. If he doesn't act soon a Schism at BCFC will end horribly, with even his own demise.
I would have taken a point before yesterday's game, but to let another comfortable lead slip is worrying. Sheffield Wednesday, Derby then Newcastle. In total we scored 7 without reply, then capitulated and concede 8. Are the players unfit? Perhaps it's panic brought on by bad morale?
are you a refuse removal technician? AH a name crawler, it seems unable to converse in a civil way .. sewer inspector maybe? agree SMH totally good point, and name calling shows a lack of panache!
