Sombs a top bloke. My best mates a geordie aswell so i dont have hatred for all of them. Its just a shame 75 percent of them spoil it for the decent 25 percent.

Further to the above, just had a look on the mag board out of curiosity. There`s yet another thread about us. Defoe this time. Amazing how much they`re not the slightest bit interested.

It`s all about how we want to hang on to him. All that ridiculous gan on they had about the love for Rafa and desperate for him to stay seems to have been forgotten. At least we haven`t promised Defoe a statue.

Don`t recall us having a nexit thread when they were relegated. Missed out big time there.

 

Don't get this anti N/C bit.
It's not how I was brought up and I have a fair few friends who are N/C Fans.

There has always been rivalry and banter, but it used to be The North East against the rest of the country and we stuck together.
After all we share the same background and culture and the only people who can tell our accents apart is us.

And as long as there is Leeds and Man Utd around, there's plenty to dislike.

This is a thread about the NUFC board...... I think it's fair to say both sides are kind of obsessed with each other.

 

I've been told of a time where the older generations of both sides would go to each other's matches if their team played away and tickets were not available. I understand the rivalry. I think some people take it too far. Imooc
