please log in to view this image MPR Press Release Monday 1st October When we contacted the Chairman in India we didn't want to remind him that the game tonight was yet another London Derby as the team hadn't been doing too well in those stakes. So we asked him if this was 'Make or Break Monday'. He said, "No, no. It is not all about result on Monday. And as they say here if the teapot is broke you can always go to a neighbours for a cuppa." Press Room PS: Don't forget to buy your 3D programme with accompanying free glasses before the game (and to take off the glasses during the game)

He said, "Am I a quitter no way. Am I depsondent no way. From adversity you rise. I love the challenge and I got the best people surrounding me. Listen, I've mislaid my filofax have you got Harry's number ?"
please log in to view this image MPR Press Release Saturday 6th October 2012 The Chairman is still out of the country but we contacted him anyway and asked if he had any reflections. He said, "Aaha, indeed. Looking in the mirror of destiny brings clarity, and sometimes blue. Hahaha. What it told me is that, we played with 4 centrebacks. The most brilliant manager would struggle."
I should have joined this league. I currently play with the Official PL one where I am doing quite well. Yesterday saw Michu, Ivanovic and Hazard rack up serious points for my team. Hoping Duff can do the business for me today against Saint's dodgy wing-backs! A goal for Defoe and Rafael wouldn't go amiss too.
please log in to view this image MPR Press Release Monday 8th October 2012 With results not going our way and a clamour among the fans to sack the manager, we felt we had to be blunt and ask the Chairman (he's in Malaya at the moment) if he was on the way out. The Chairman replied, "What, you got to be 'aving a laugh. Am I a quitter no way. Am I depsondent no way. From adversity you rise. I love the challenge."
please log in to view this image MPR Press Release Friday 19th Ocober 2012 With a badly needed home win and the Chairman still out of the country, we 'phoned him and asked if he had any advice on how to play the Toffees. He said, "Ah yes, bit sticky that one. HaHaaHa. Tell the lads from me - lots and lots of work to do, blown diffuser our last hope for mid table this year. That's one of my Sherlock clues. Hope they get it and we carmalise them. HeeHeeHee"
please log in to view this image MPR Press Release Saturday 27th October 2012 We welcomed the Chairman back into the country and asked if he was looking forward to his visit to the Emirates and meeting Mr Venger. He said, "Not good with politicians. Most don't like me. Better to meet in the jungle."
I don't make a habit of this, but: 'We are top of the league, I say we are top of the league!' I've waited a season and a third to be able to say that. I feel like Micky Adams.
please log in to view this image MPR Press Release Friday 16th Novenber 2012 With the Chairman in Boston at the moment we texted him and asked if there was going to be a party in W12 at the weekend ? He texted back, "We'll tea leaf this one. HaHaa. We got to cut out errors. Team is playing as planned. Must win next win. No panic. Table is compressed. All we need is to score." Encouraging indeed, but in light of all the speculation about the manager we felt the need to ask his view about bookmakers suspending bets on the first PL manager to be fired. He replied, "Ah that'll be Paddy Power. Hang on didn't we sell him. HoHoHo. No panic. Doing our best. Need good press, if they ask say 'we live and learn'."
I've had him in my team from the beginning but very nearly transferred him this week, until I saw who the opposition were. Can't emphasise how pleased I am with the outcome.
Transferred Lambert out this week, but I wasn't too bothered as I had Fellaini, Ba, Hazard, Cazorla and Tevez in
I picked Tevez, Jose Enrique and Shane Long, all of whom got me a nice haul of points, but opted to make Berbatov captain for the week. He'd better score for me!
We're not top of the league, I say we're not top of the league. Well, that lasted a long time, didn't it?
I could have had an epic point haul if I hadn't made Berbatov captain, but he's been good for me the last few weeks so I can't get down on him. Captain, one of your old favourites did nicely for me this week: Shane Long. Thanks for tip.
