Every one of the modern managers except for Arsene are after Huge transfer budget always.
It is obvious the managers get certain cut from all these transfer fees. After all Agents get a sizeable chunk.

    http://www.espnfc.us/manchester-uni...united-need-a-big-transfer-window-this-summer

Jose wants Big transfer window coming summer.

    Shambolic that.

Conte should be nowhere near Pep or Jose in the league table now.

Disgusting that these managers may be exploiting their owners saying their inflated squads are worthless.
    or
    They are clueless.

    Discuss.

Arsene doesn't need the transfer kitty just like Alex never needed.

Because Arsene just like Alex had the entire club under his control.

None of the current managers can command / demand that type of control in this modern day & age.
So, they use transfer window as another method?

Pogba looks like Torres, trying too hard & broken already <doh>

To be fair, Jose probably is the worst though.

Seems to be the most clueless at the moment (we assume he is not on the
    take regarding transfer fees) .

Brendan Rodgers must rank quite highly.
Most of his Liverpool signings were pretty ****e.

  10. I'd say that Poch has done a decent job with his signings.

He clearly has a preference for bringing on youngsters that he can mould to his system and way-of-thinking, rather than risk having a run-in with a prima donna superstar.

Poch has done very well, especially when you consider what he has spent in comparison to Mourinho, Pep and Klopp.
Except for Sissoko, not sure what the **** he was thinking there? But most of the other names he has bought in and have been decent players, and quite cheap too.

Hoddle is a god likes this.
  12. Nor me.

I wouldn't be surprised if Levy forced his hand with that particular signing. I find it hard to believe that Poch could have got that one so very wrong.

Conte has spent quite a bit, but his signings have worked out.
Batshuayi you could argue was a bit of a waste, since he hasn't been given a chance and we spent 30m on him.
But Kante has been a complete success and Conte also proved many doubters wrong (myself included) with re signing David Luiz.
He has performed brilliantly in that back 3 role. Not many people saw that coming.

I wouldn't say that Batshuayi's been a waste, more that he hasn't really been needed.
You've not had to rotate as much as other sides and Costa's done his job, so he's not got the minutes.
You'd have been very short up top without him if the nutter got injured, though.
