You'll have to excuse the spelling.

I was reading an article where he explains his time at Dortmund and it's not good reading for you fellas.

He explains how he struggled in his first two seasons to adapt to life in Klopps team. He struggled with the new culture and found it hard to adapt. He goes on to explain how Tuchel made him the focal point of the team and he then settled in and did brilliantly.

It seems that Jose likes players with a strong character as he's not an arm round the shoulder kind of manger and with Miki needing just that he may struggle to regain his form under Jose.

Perhaps something will click but the article did make me think that he's not going to be the main man at Utd and he's going to struggle to adapt there.

Time will tell but the signs so far at not good.

Jose is not great at dealing with sensitive types Joe cole Robben etc.

He likes thick English players like Frank John who do what they are told not clever Juans who query his tactics

    Well,he did manage Ozil.

It is too early to label that it might not work oit especially when Mikhi is getting some form and on full form he probably is their best player besides pogba so its not like he wont be the focal point or anything.

That's an odd conclusion luv, given Micky admitted he struggled under Klopp, who is the archetypal "arm around the shoulder" kind of manager.

If anything Tuchel and Mourinho are similar types of manager - both very focused on directing players to do exactly what they want, both focused on winning rather than a particular style, and both more than able to throw toys out the pram when it doesn't go their way. Micky might just need that kind of discipline and focus rather than Klopp's "as long as you run around as much as possible I will love you whatever you do" style of management.

I think it was down to Tuchel focusing play around him that gave him the confidence, Klopp can be quite harsh imo a bit of a smiling assassin.

Possibly - Klopp did stick the knife into Sakho for pretty much no reason and without caring about the consequences for the club.

Still, hard to believe that Micky didn't expect not to be the focus of play at Utd. Also worth noting that he didn't say Tuchel focused play around him, he told him that he wanted to get everything out of him and make him great, after Klopp had left him under too much pressure the previous season. Sounds a lot like what Mourinho is doing with him now - keeping him out of the spotlight when struggling and building up his confidence.

Possibly it sounds like it will take time to get the best out of him and maybe this softly softly approach is the right thing to do.

Don't think it was nothing with Sakho but maybe a bit harsh yes.

For me, your key players are Pogba and Mikhi in midfield and Zlatan and Martial at the front. For the team to function well, at least one of each pair must be on form. If Pogba has an off day then Mikhi has to be on form and vice versa. Same at the front, if Zlatan is missing chances, then Martial has to play well.

I think you overlook the impact Herrera, Mata and Rooney have had in recent weeks. If anything Rooney's assists and link up play are more vital than any of those barring Zlatan at the moment.

The key problem for us at the moment is finding a formation that consistently gets the best out of all of our players. We are getting there with Pogba and Micky, but Martial still seems to be struggling with a front three rather than striker and three in behind.

To be honest, that clip looks more like he wants to suck him off than anything else.

Looks like a fuzzy picture, must be Kloppy that Ronaldo was racing off to embrace.

Or was this sort of goal celebration invented by Kloppy after he arrived at LFC?

He tries, he would probably be better off honing his wumming skills on a board like Hull or Swansea though before he moves up a bit :emoticon-0100-smile

Performance on a standardised test doesn't necessarily equal the ability to question, query and challenge.

But yes, calling Lampard thick is a bit of a stretch by Champion of Post Truth <ok>
