    Off topic. I've never understood why you would want to go o'seas for a holiday and eat English food. To me, part of the holiday was always getting away from English food, for the most part, it's ****. Apparently if you go to parts of Spain these days, every other cafe/restaurant is pommy cuisine. Why, for Christ's sake?

    feed up with fooking pasta <yikes> its not only English food its Indian Chinese, etc; tuscans only eat tuscan food and its ****e and so is the beer <laugh>

    i live in Italy Brizzie in Tuscany <ok>

    Glad you made that clear, Mighty, I would never have guessed. Actually, i don't mind the odd Peroni, not all the time, but it makes a change.

    Spag bol is good for you. Contains all the five food groups. Meat, veg, carbs, oil and wine. Love it. In fact had it for dinner tonight.
