    Not sure if serious... <erm>

Did you read response on tickets btw? Spent a lot of time on that! <laugh>

Beef n pepper sauce always good... like mine a bit more cooked though.

Always turkey over chicken, more flavourful for me and higher in protein. Has to be breast meat though...

Not a big fan of pork... think it's a tad overrated. I generally only eat '****' pork if you know what i mean <laugh>

I must admit I've not had a lot of goat. been out with a few, but never eaten one :emoticon-0136-giggl

PS: not meant to offend anyone, not meant to be sexist etc, as I'm sure women have similar expressions for men :)

Never tried goat... not tried a lot of the more unusual meats. Open to it though, what's it like?

I had Ostrich burgers before... so obviously processed but the flavour was much nicer than I expected.

Goat is like a very strong mutton. Not fatty and fabulous when cooked slowly for several hours.

Beef with horseradish. Worst I've had is alligator....so tough....perhaps you're supposed to skin it. Wonder if they knew that.

Goat tends to be a bit tough so is usually boiled for a few hours in a stew - ostrich steaks are great (and do not taste like chicken!) more like beef actually!

No-one's mentioned reindeer (and not just because it's the festive season). My nephew brought some smoked reindeer back with him from Norway, and it's very tasty. Of course, the red nasal glow helps (sorry, couldn't help being festive).

Steven Davis is lazy. Boufal is a bust. I think it is time we moved on from JWP, and Fonte is past it. This team is in trouble.
