    I think they loaned him to Valencia this last season with a £16-17m fee at the end of it but he is now on his way back.
    Think the fee was originally £34m.

    Probably in the minority but I think he'd be good, also only just turned 26 so plenty of time. At City he made errors but to be fair when you're at a top top team you make the odd error here are there and it gets flagged up more. I'd prefer to pay £25m and get Sakho as CB but hey for £40m we could have both! Sorted.
