If Adams is the right man now, why was he not the right man in January, when the board were thinking of getting rid of Hughton. It doesn't make any sence
Truly laughable. I've laid off Smith & Jones for the last 3 years because McNally has been calling the shots, Now this and it all comes flooding back
Something must have gone wrong that we all don't know about, they wouldn't take 2 weeks just to appoint Adams. Or maybe it just came down to money, I don't know. His lack of experience just worries me a bit, with Malky at least you would feel a bit more positive getting to the top 6.
Regardless of whether they would have wanted him, he couldn't have managed from January because he doesn't have the PL coaching licence.
In that case, if he does manage a miracle and gets us up, he'll need to get it or we'll be looking for another manager this time next year
By unqualified I mean I don't think he has the UEFA Pro licence required for the PL - hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong. He is qualified for Championship level.
No our board would accept being a genuine mid table Championship club, so long as it's good old Norwich! I have no faith in the clowns at the helm.
My point was more a reference to the board thinking him suitably qualified as opposed to his actual certificates
