    Yes its very nice.

One issue though, your current stratagy involves attemptinbg to inflate market prices so high you make it difficult for others to buy players. So when exactly are any ( if they actually occur ) of your future youth products going to pull on the City shirt other than a few token appearances?

You have one of your best youth players of recent times ****ed about by your manager right now and there is no way to say you will make any better players than Richards ever and if he gets ****ed about what about the future one?

As for your poor attempt to say you are not ruining football, you are, completely. but thats a discussion for another thread. You must be stupid to think you have no negative impact on the game.

Micah Richards is injured, how can that be considered being ****ed about?
It's a squad game now and he shares the right back duties with Zabaleta
Does Phil Jones or Smalling play every game they are fit for?
Is there a reason the youth players coming through your system are looking for the exit door?
Would you consider they are being ****ed about or are City the only club that are?

If you can actually put a negative spin on the youth campus which holds water I'd be very surprised
It is a pity that we don't have players who will play for nothing, just the love of the shirt like Wayne Rooney
    Ho hum

I think you will find Morrison was kicked out of the club.

We have had plenty of youth players play a huge part in our success over the years. In recent times the approach has changed but United have had youth players involved with the first team for some time now, either as the back bone of the side in 90's or as the players who do the dirty work in more recent times to bringing in talented youngsters and further progressing their careers.

I just dont imagine City playing a number of youth players any time soon, either fully developed themselves or taken from other clubs and their development continued at City.

Also a slight issue with City and their current youth players is they expect to be treated like your first team players, expect similar wages and expect the world. This is something City will find difficult to knock out of these youngsters over time.

The only person having a dig was you PPLF in your OP.

An excellent riposte, I think... <ok>

Man City are only bad for the game if you're bias and support someone who has to play them. They are pouring more money into the game, and this youth centre is another example. Why does this have to be extrapolated into the realms of philosophical dilemma pivoting upon human nature? Piffle.

Pouring more money into something has never ever been a solution.

They did that with the economy, hows that working out?

That's not exactly a fair comparison. You and everyone else would be talking about how we needed investment in the economy if the government tightened the purse-strings even further... Stimulus and all that.

Fact is with football, money often equals results. Therefore, if Man City want to invest squillions in youth, it's good for this country and football as entertainment. If they want to buy more players from other clubs for squillions, then the youth policies of others is rewarded bountifully for it as a result.

Are you a mod of the Man Utd board? if so, can you possibly suggest that a mod is needed for the man city lot here. Leadership and someone deleting that prick posting about drugs on here needs to happen for this place to flourish. I'm sure as a rival you'd want the banter <ok>

We don't need a mod as there's only me and the odd visitor
Perhaps a mod could remove the prick though

I thought pouring money in was acceptable. Or have ManU spent nothing again this summer?

Is that Fergies excuse why Man Ure won't win the league this year. He wasn't complaining when he was able to pay £30 million for a junkie, and £30 million for a granny shagger.

It´s laughable how Rags fans believe they can criticise anyone for being corporate and flashing so much cash on players. Manchester United are the ultimate corporate entity, whoring themselves around Asia just so they can open a few more United superstores. 26m on Rooney? 30m on Ferdinand? 18m on De Gea? And all the money they´ve spent over the years? Just ´cos their owners are screwing the club over doesn´t give them the right ot be so sanctimonious and self-righteous. I´ll take that from a Crewe fan, not from a Rag. Never.
