    Apparently GMac will be playing for arguably the second best manager in the country next season after West Brom snapped him up on a free.

    We just have to hope that the mess was down to Roy Keane, although it looks ever increasingly likely that when it comes to contracts, signings and wages then Simon Clegg couldn't run a bath.

    Even if the mess was down to RK, Clegg's role is to oversee all and, as part of that, make sure that the manager is actually managing. So either Clegg was doing a bad job because he hadn't got his finger on the pulse and keeping RK in line or he simply cocked it up himself.

    "Cock Up" !!!

    What gets me most is the inclusion of the word 'free' in this headline "West Brom have confirmed the signing of central defender Gareth McAuley on a free transfer from Ipswich" Crazy!!!
