Well that surprised me He never puts himself about for us He must of been bombing down the wing then upholded
well mate he wasnt playing for us anyway, and was out of condition, since Sam left he cant get a game, i dont know why, he played great last season, and i havent a clue as to why he has gone off the boil, personal reasons? a better deal like Kone ,not happy here ,we just dont know, he has the skill, but his face doesn't fit, I would have thought he was on the top of the list to sell if he put a shift in at this tournament.
Sunderland's Wahbi Khazri is a doubt for the start of Tunisia's African Cup of Nations campaign after being stretchered off in a warm-up game against Egypt. Khazri was involved in a collision in the 10th minute of the game and was substituted just minutes later. The stretcher was required but Khazri was able to watch the game from the bench. The initial prognosis is not yet known but it would a major blow to Tunisia's chances if their star play maker cannot take part in the opening stages of the tournament. It has been suggested that the Tunisian medical staff are confident that Khazri will be able to participate in the tournament, which starts in earnest next week. Khazri has been linked with a January exit from Sunderland and appears to have fallen out of favour with David Moyes.
1) I don't think he was out of condition. His pictures from previous times didn't seem to change that much. He's always looked like he's carrying extra weight. Maybe it's just his size that makes him look like that. 2) I'm not sure if he's gone off the boil, or not. He's never been giving a fair chance, under Moyes. 3) I think you have nailed it, mate.
Don't think so - it was a friendly so they don't count in the ACON. Much like a straight red in the charity shield (or whatever it's called nowadays) doesn;t either! Which is madness as it gives effectively carte blanch to go kick players in the game!

Talking about red cards, if a player is banned for say 2 games and the 2nd game is a cup game, can he legally go on as a sub in extra time ?, as he has served the two game ban, but he would have to be named in the squad but the rule is not playing and does not say anything about him being in the squad. And another the rule is you can never be offside from a corner because the ball is always played backwards yet I have seen the off side flag go up before which is not possible.
Yes he can, Monty, as long as he tells the referee what he intends to do before the start of the second half (of normal time) and he promises not to take a penalty in the event of a 'shoot-out'
Oh where to start - the signal for a linesman to give "offside" is almost undistinguishable for a signal for a goal kick. I.e. the flag raised and painted straight out. Difference being that the linesman points directly at the 6 yard line. Ergo - you haven;t seen a single off-side directly from a corner. It's a 2 match ban - i.e. the enitrety of 2 games regardless of extra time - so no!
