Key League 1 games that could make or break our season!

    I thought I would compile a list of other League 1 fixtures that will affect our position come the end of the season.

    March:
    Bournemouth v Charlton

    April:
    Peterborough v Bournemouth
    Southampton v MK Dons
    Southampton v Charlton
    Huddersfield v Peterborough
    Charlton v Huddersfield
    Peterborough v Plymouth
    Leyton Orient v Peterborough
    MK Dons v Huddersfield
    Brighton v Southampton
    Colchester v Brighton
    Plymouth v MK Dons
    Brighton v Huddersfield

    May
    Plymouth v Southampton


    If you noticed a lot of those teams have to play each other...

    I know Plymouth and Charlton have slipped a bit but they are still pretty tough battling teams so they are games to be aware of.

    Peterborough only seem to have the two matches which they will be really doubtful of winning on form.

    Someone somewhere will upset one or two of the teams at or near the top so these games though looking tricky might not be the games where most points are lost.

    Maybe the likes of Walsall, Tranmere etc can upset somebody in the way they did us.

    I think your biggest problem is Lallana....

    No offence i know all teams would miss him ,but i think without him could be your archilles heel...

    Everyone else will also be looking at all the games and guessing which ones we could lose. bet no one thought of Walsall!

    Every game is important. To get to 2nd spot, the best result for us would be Brighton to win every game except against us.

    I think Brighton will play negative football against us, they did it last time at St Marys, and theyll do it at their home.

    I spose i am knocking them without want to, fair play to them for the No1 spot, just hope they dont stick 9 men in defence.

    But our 5 year plan is to get back to the prem and winning leauge titles wouldve been a nice bonus, but 2nd place will do just fine :)

    I'm hoping for promotion this year, 1 yr consolidation in the Championship, then promotion in yr 2. I can hope can't I?
