N’Golo Kante, such a crucial player for the Foxes this season, is going to miss games.
"I think we’ll lose for the next two matches. He has a little pain with his hamstring so I give to him some rest," says the boss.
That's a major worry for Leicester fans, he is a key, key man.

Man needs a rest so fair enough.

Next two games are West Brom and Watford - we should be able to cope.

Agreed - and we started the season without him ... I think this might be tailor made for Amartey to step in and show his true worth ... with Schlupp back and fit again as well we have some great replacement options all around the team ...

We have Inler remember... He's good at breaking things up, just struggles with releasing the ball in time.

Ranieri didn't even mention Inler or Amartey to replace him.... Only King, but we will see.
One door closes (albeit temporarily) and another opens for another player to show what they can do.

He´s been fantastic no doubt, but I like to think we are very strong in terms of depth in the squad so although he will be missed it shouldn´t be a problem.
I just hope he gets it sorted out & he´s back doing what he does after those 2 games. I also hope we don´t start picking up injuries at this stage of the season. Good that Schlupp is back & we have Armartey so we should cope.

Think he'll start with King alongside Drinkwater and have Amartey and Inler on the bench.

It shows the others are right we have got a problem in strength in depth

One midfielder injured who do we replace him with ?
A welsh international, ghanian international or swiss international

Yep 3 possible international replacements to come in, though none are at Kantes level but regardless a chance for someone to shine

Not too concerned about the WBA game, would have liked him to play at Watford though.

    I am very concerned. :emoticon-0107-sweat

Kante works hard to get back and pick up runners, he also support the full backs, generally breaks up attacks in front of our central defenders and gets us counterattacking quickly. Andy King isn't the same type of player and I'm worried we could be caught out defensively over the next 2 games. I can see Berahino sitting in that hole in front of our back 4 and then running at the 2 center halves with pace and causing them all sorts of trouble. I hope I'm worrying needlessly!

He is great against teams that attack us and retain possession - our next couple of games we will be the attackers and playing against the counter attack so having someone that can carry the ball like King will do us good.

Would like to see Amertey play DM as well - is lightening fast.

West Brom will rely on set pieces then passes to Berahino - they will be wary of our counter attack so I can see this being a really boring game.

I don't think WBA or Watford will sit back and let us have possession. They don't have relegation worries and think they will give it a go.

It's going to be a nervy night on the red button!
