    I agree he's having a laugh, we have Matip who is superb, Gomez as one for the future, Klavan is average, maybe good cover and Lovren is error prone and could do with being a cover player.

    I agree in that we shouldn't be buying for the sake of it though. We want VVD if it's not possible we have to make sure that anytime we bring in is of the required quality.

    Thing for me, mate, is the way they compliment each other. Toby does the heavy work - although he can play a bit too. Jan does the covering, interception work, etc.
