All about moderation, I don't have a problem with ready meals if they are decent quality but I also cook a lot of fresh food as well, I make my own pasta sauces, soups, stews and so on, having worked for a while in high volume high street branded pubs you will find that most of the big chains use a high degree of processed meals, chains like Weatherspoons and M&B will use a lot of pre-prepared dishes that are essentially finished off on site in microwaves or pans of boiling water, we called kitchen staff microwave technicians in one company. Companies do this because it gives them a consistent product, cuts costs and reduces food hygiene risks to an extent, mainly cost though as full production kitchens and staff are hugely expensive in comparison.
It most certainly is. Just make your own. Quality produce is not that expensive and it tastes so much better. There is no excuse for buying that **** and putting it in your body. Each to their own though
Unless you don't have time Or If you're a drinker or a smoker you might as well eat **** in my opinion
I smoke, drink and eat sh!t, however I do draw the line if there's a hair in it. That really makes me retch.
