    Great source of cheap lean protein, minimal calorie and fat, plus you become nose blind so its only other people who will smell your fish breath

    Tinned tuna does stink mind, if you see how they make that **** then you just have to shut it out and force it down.

    I get the albacore one in the jar from M&S or Waitrose, it's £3 but it's worth it.

    I saw him out in Jesmond last sunday in Osbournes. He was sitting in the area next to the bogs with a bunch of people and he had what can only be described as a tin bath full of ice and bottles of Sol on the table as well as two massive metal buckets either side full of the same stuff.
