Haven't seen him play, but he can't be worse than Fer and Ki so deal. Anyway you're going to bottle it so you'll need him in the championship next year
It was always a long shot that two of our rivals would have great end of season runs while we implode. Long shots occasionally come off. It was Rafa's decision for the late change of tactics against Leeds - he did bring on a player who gives away free kicks that sometimes end up as goals. Three days later, we're outplayed by a side with little to play for. Without Gayle and Clark we're weaker. Hope we can limp over that line. Play offs would be an utter embarrassment to the delight of many in this division.
We aren't going up, Rafa has lost the plot, sad thing is it happens with every manager or player that ends up at Newcastle, has been the same since the day Sir Bobby Robson got sacked.
Assuming Huddersfield round off their win today, whose shoes would you rather be in? Huddersfield or us? My answer: Us. Just. If we lose our next game as well, then I'll start panicking.
Match stats from Huddersfield Game: Possession: 62% Derby, Shots 7:1 Derby, SoT 1:1 I know we shouldn't be relying on luck, but if I were a Huddersfield fan I'd realise we needed good fortune to overtake Newcastle, whereas we just need to not be ****e and not be unlucky. Easier said than done of course.
I made quite a bit of cash today. Lots more if Huddersfield win. Wish I ****ing hadn't. Big ****ing time.
If Huddersfield don't beat Fulham, only game I can see them dropping points in. We don't look like winning at the moment.
