    Saw him score that blockbuster against Forest in the 3rd round of the FA Cup 1964. It went to extra time and started snowing. Too good for NE to keep him. That year we got to the final. My Dad got me a ticket but our headmaster would not let me and another Preston lad go! I think he was a L'pool supporter and we kncoked them out too!
