Not much he could have done about Dijks' wild tackle. We did well to fight back for a draw with 10 men for 76 minutes.
Looks like you're OK FML - "Alan Irvine is not interested in applying to replace Alex Neil as Norwich City manager but the Canaries’ interim boss revealed he wants to stay at Carrow Road after City’s 2-2 Championship draw against Blackburn." Irvine confirmed he has been asked by the board to take charge of the squad for next weekend’s home game against Barnsley.
Let's just wait until 5pm next Saturday Dave before we comment - can we???? Also, Irvine had NOTHING to do with player recruitment and it looks like he'll have to play a makeshift LB next week at least. I expect a few changes to the starting 11 for a start and Basil may be fit to play a part, though I see CJ got the MotM today!!!!!
I wondered how long it would take for our risky transfer business to blow up in our faces. Jerome has to play every game until Aloevera returns as we didn't buy a back up and we sold both of our left backs and loaned one in to play every single game. An Injury or suspension and we are screwed. Surprise surprise and yes that is Neil's fault we blew the money on midfielders the last 3 (three) windows.
Absolutely DD. And we have just got that suspension for our first choice LB!!! AN TRIED to get away with NOT reinforcing our leaky defence and I honestly can't remember when we last conceded a goal that was down to some brilliant play from our opponents and as you say spent around £15M on 2 pretty average midfielders. I certainly feel that whoever the numpties on our board should be our next manager, I think he's going to have his work cut out rebuilding the team, but at least we've got a pretty good under 23 squad and I'm really hopeful that some of them may be ready to be considered for the first team. Keep an eye on the Canaries website for details of their next game. The report on the latest under 23 game here - http://www.canaries.co.uk/news/arti...wich-city-under-23s-match-report-3619425.aspx I see Cantwell scored again and Middleton (17) was in the starting 11.
