    No problem having a wage ceiling of 11k a week if that's then correct figure. When offering new contracts, just stick in a clause that wages will automatically increase to 25k a week in premiership and drop back again if relegated. That way nobody has anything to lose. Win win for players and club. If they're as good as they seem to think they are, they should be confident of promotion anyway

    Better still how about deducting 10% of their wages every time they complain of feeling tired,that'll save a few quid.
    These players are so far up their own arse & detached from reality its unreal.
    Tired? From playing one or two games a week nine months a year?!
    Yeah right.
