I just tried again and got a 10. I did lie on the cheese option....personally, I can't stand the stuff but went for the low fat option.
I got 3. Still, I will make positive steps like they suggest and shorten my next run to 5k since they seemed to think it should be my target.
It doesn't work, got me down as a three in the red. I go out running every day, I'm not overweight and feel in great shape. I have a resting heart rate of 55bpm and never get out of breath. I hope I haven't just signed my own death warrent typing that rant out

Crashed on me too. It's not very good from what I read. I don't run anymore, but can often walk between 10-20 miles a day between April - October. Not specific enough to take seriously.
I got 1/10 ... lol ... it said my weekly alcohol consumption was too high! They got weekly and daily mixed up. What a bunch of losers OneYou are. Light weights.
