Might have missed something with all the forum drama in the last couple of days, but...

Any news on Gosling's knee? Heard it had swollen up a fair bit and filled with fluid after either coming back too early or playing too much? Is it a few days rest or another 2-3 weeks out?

    Cheers

Just a few days I think. He should be back for the Fulham game. Hopefully he'll start, I'm really looking forward to seeing him play. I think him and Barton could take it in turns on the right wing, that way we'd still have width when Barton drifts more centrally.

Hope you're right about only a few days rest for the lad.

And I also hope this isn't a sign of things to come with him possibly being rushed back. I was cracking up a few years back when every other week players knees were going blaming the 'dodgey training pitch'

Mind you that's probably what you get when you hire Terry Mac as head groundsman and cone putter-outterer

Think Gosling should be back for the Fulham game. and i agree with AG, think him and joey alternating between cm and rm could be a good combination!!! can't wait to see the lad get a good run out!! :1980_boogie_down:
