It seems that level 6 (or step 2) is top, or rather bottom heavy, with the North/South dividing line dropping to great depths for the coming season.

I make that remark on seeing the news that Oxford City, having been promoted from the Southern League Premier Division, have been told that they will be in Conference North next season.

Now I know that's not the first time it's happened (Kettering and Worcester City are recent examples) but OXFORD? That's only 20 miles North of the M4!

In a time where traveling expenses can eat into the already stretched budgets of football clubs, do you think that this level should be split into three, rather than two sections?
