    There are obviously a number of Charlton fans for whom you repeatedly make public your intense dislike, but I take people as I find them, and I have no experience of the aforementioned individuals!

    Roland appears to have stopped running Charlton as a Network club now. 2 English managers in a row, and no sign of any more Euro-trash coming in. His original motivation in buying Charlton was as a small cog in the Network, so if he is accepting that's not possible, then logically he will lose motivation to keep pumping ££££££££££££ into Charlton, and get rid.

    That, and going through so many managers left him with few options left from his network. COL has rocked up, albeit as a coach and then we have the former game show host 'the serb'.

    Something had to give.

    The impression was that Slade was sacked on C O'L's say-so, similar set-up to when Carol was Roland's eyes and ears.
